How many people can fit in one tuk-tuk?

Our tuk-tuks can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles. Please contact us directly for group bookings.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We don't provide child seats, so if you're traveling with very young children, you may want to bring your own portable seat.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred tour and choosing an available date and time. The booking process is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling partner, and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I pay in cash on the day of the tour?

No, all bookings must be paid for in advance through our online booking system to secure your spot so that we have a guarantee we should allocate a tuk-tuk for you. This helps us manage our tour schedule efficiently.

Our tours are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If you require a different language, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do your tours include stops where we can get out and explore?

Yes, our tours include strategic stops at key points of interest where you can get out, take photos, and explore briefly on foot. The number of stops varies depending on the tour you choose.

What happens if it rains during our scheduled tour?

Our tuk-tuks have covers that can be used in case of light rain. However, for heavy rain or severe weather conditions, we offer the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Where do tours start and end?

Our tours start and end at Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon, a central and easily accessible location in downtown Lisbon. If you need a custom pickup location within Lisbon, you can specify it in an available field when booking the tour through our website. Includes an upcharge of 20€.

Should I bring anything specific for the tour?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses, especially during summer months. A light jacket or sweater is advisable for colder months.
