1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. By accessing and using our tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• To confirm a booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on our booking page.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, which serves as proof of your reservation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 48 hours before tour

  Full refund minus any transaction fees.

• 24-48 hours before tour

  50% refund of the total amount.

• Less than 24 hours before tour

  No refund available.

• No-show

  No refund available for customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour.

• Tour canceled by us

  Full refund or option to reschedule if canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, safety concerns, etc.).

• Modifications

  If you wish to change the date or time of your tour, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new request, subject to availability.

• Refund processing

  All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends).

4. Tour Participation

• Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
• We reserve the right to deny participation to individuals who are late, as this may impact the experience of other guests.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical requirements specified for particular tours.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who displays disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

• While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety, participation in our tours is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any injuries, illness, damages, losses, expenses, or claims arising from or related to your participation in our tours, except where caused by our negligence.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

6. Media Release

• We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
• By participating in our tours, you grant us the right to use such media featuring you, without compensation or approval.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform your tour guide at the beginning of the tour.

7. Modifications

• Tour routes, duration, and features may be modified without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
